NORTH YORK, ON — Lalonde, Paterson & Associates (“LP&A”), an IT Managed Services provider that acts as an External IT Department to clients, an essential service company, has provided a total Work-From-Home solution for Ve’ahavta, a Jewish humanitarian organization, which included utilizing LP&A’s in-house RMM (real-time monitoring and management) software solution and Microsoft Office 365 via cloud computing to allow staff to be able to work safely at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
